Team Additions:

Wade OlsonWade Olson, Tax Manager

Wade is a licensed CPA in the state of Colorado and joins EKS&H after six years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He has experience with income tax provisions, corporate tax compliance and consulting, federal partnership compliance and consulting, federal Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) compliance and consulting, state income tax compliance, and merger and acquisition due diligence work. He holds a BS in Accountancy and a Master of Accountancy (taxation concentration) from Colorado State University.

 

Individual Recognition:

Ken BerkeleyKen Berkeley, International Business Consulting Partner, has joined the board of directors for PKF North America. PKF provides world-class analysis and clear solutions in assurance, advisory, taxation, and business services for companies around the globe.

 

 

 

Bob BondBob Bond, Audit Partner, having served as a board member for Foothills United Way, has been named as its treasurer. The organization’s vision is to collaboratively strengthen families through early childhood success, work toward attainable housing for all, and ensure residents are prepared for crisis by building a stronger and more resilient community.

 

 

Kristen ColeKristen Cole, Manager, has been named as the PTA president for Eagle Ridge Elementary PTA. PTA strives to make every child’s potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children.

 

 

 

Bruce NelsonBruce Nelson, Tax Director, has been appointed to the Colorado Sales and Use Tax Simplification Task Force. Colorado is one of just six states in the U.S. that doesn’t have a uniform tax base across the state; the task force is charged with studying the complex system and vetting possible solutions.
